Sophia Hyde is a master certified life coach, transformational speaker, and community builder.
She has chosen to dedicate her life to helping individuals unleash their favorite selves into the world.
After experiencing first-hand what it was like to struggle with the gap between the life she was living and an inner voice craving something more, she powered through transformation.
What took her 10 years to create, she now guides others through in a fraction of the time.
She was once a stressed out entrepreneur who felt guilt for not being able to make the half
hour she needed to get ready each morning more productive. Today she is a wife, a mom of
two children, and owns a thriving business but is able to live in peace, rest and multiple hours
of self-care most days.
She is the author of Unleash Your Favorite Self and the corresponding journal.
If there were such a thing as being born a life coach, that would be Sophia. She has been supporting and coaching friends, family and acquaintances in their growth journeys long before she knew that could even be a professional aspiration.
Prior to discovering how to making life coaching her full time endeavor, Sophia spent several years in the media industry before leaving to become an entrepreneur, which is where her heart has always been.
She spent a decade running two different businesses before choosing to take an opportunity at a non-profit that supports the small business community. During that season of life, she entered coach training and initially began by working with stressed out moms and burned out entrepreneurs to redesign their lives into ones with much more joy.
She has been married to her husband, Brandon, for 17 years. They have two children, Eleanora (10) and Liam (5). Sophia's favorite hobby is community organizing. She has donated countless hours to non-profits in her community. Whether it's serving on the board of directors, a committee, or consulting with the leadership team, giving back is where she finds the most joy.
Her formal education includes earning an International Baccalaureate Diploma from King High School in Tampa, FL. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida (USF) Honors College where she studied Mass Communications (Public Relations). In 2021 she earned a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion certificate from the USF Muma College of Business.
